Darran Beard

Darran Beard has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as a Global Service Manager at Computacenter since July 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing complex managed services and ensuring value addition beyond contractual expectations. Darran has held various roles at Computacenter, including Senior Service Manager and Service Delivery Manager, demonstrating leadership over teams and direct involvement with technical service operations. Prior experience includes roles as EUC Line of Service Lead and Lead Engineer, where Darran managed teams and handled end-user support for the BT Group. Darran began a career in IT as a Desktop Analyst at ComputerLand UK Ltd from 2001 to 2007, receiving multiple promotions and contributing to client contract renewals through exceptional customer service.
