David Hard is a senior leader with over 30 years of experience in business change, specializing in strategic planning, process improvement, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation, Change & Excellence at Computacenter, they are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Previously, David held roles such as Managing Director at Excell Project Management & Consultancy Services and Global Head of Transitions at Atos, where they successfully delivered complex transition projects across various industries. In addition to their corporate experience, David served as a Dive Master for PADI from 2012 to 2022. David's educational journey began at Kimbolton School, where they continue to enhance their knowledge.
