David Jones has over three decades of experience in technical and service management roles, currently serving as the Head of Technical Resource Group for Computacenter in Belgium since March 2002. Throughout a progressive career at Computacenter, David has also held positions including International Service Manager, Service Desk Manager, Service Desk Team Lead, and Senior Service Desk Analyst. Prior to this, from March 1987 to 2001, David was employed by the Royal Air Force as a Communications Officer and Telecommunications Analyst, gaining extensive expertise in communications and technical support.
