Devon Theart

Devon Theart is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in IT service management and support. Since October 2016, Devon has held various roles at Computacenter, including Operations Director and Global Senior Operations Manager, focusing on service improvement, team coaching, and managing escalations. Prior to this, Devon served as Service Delivery Manager at Datacentrix from October 2011 to September 2016, where responsibilities included managing IT Service Desks, ensuring service level agreements, and overseeing staff performance. Earlier experience includes roles as a Systems Analyst and SQL Administrator, along with IT support engineering. Devon holds a BTech degree in IT from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
