Esra Üresin

Esra Üresin is an IT Service Manager with a focus on IT Service Management. Previously, they worked as a developer in test automation at MEDIFOX DAN and served as a student assistant at Universität Hildesheim. Esra holds two Master's degrees: one in Management Information Systems from Chungbuk National University and another in Information Science from Universität Hildesheim, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Information Management from the same university. They also completed additional studies in Management Information Systems at Chungbuk National University.
