Heidi De Mink

Heidi De Mink is currently the Functional Group Head of Change & Release Management at Computacenter, where they oversee operational processes for major global customers. Previously, they held several roles at Computacenter, including ITIL Change Manager and Head of Operations, where they managed teams and implemented change management processes. With a background in quality assurance and change management from their earlier experience at Teleperformance and Lufthansa Systems, they bring a wealth of knowledge in managing customer-driven changes and optimizing operational efficiency. Heidi holds a Diploma in Travel & Tourism from Durbanville College.
