Ian Chalmers is an accomplished IT operations leader with extensive experience in managing and transforming service delivery across multiple organizations. As the Operations Director at Computacenter since June 2022, Ian is responsible for IT operations and service delivery excellence for Europe's largest independent IT provider. Previous roles include Head of Service Operations for SCC’s Data Centre Services division, Group IT Operations Director at Connells Group, and various leadership positions at Computacenter where Ian significantly enhanced operational efficiency and service quality. Ian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Nottingham Trent University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Microelectronics from The University of Bolton.
