Lindsay Hood is a seasoned business leader with over 18 years of senior leadership experience in the global tech industry. Currently serving as the Head of Business Insights at Computacenter, Lindsay focuses on driving operational quality, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making to enhance customer experience. Previously, Lindsay held various leadership roles at Dell Technologies, including Director of Customer Success and Transformation, where they managed a team of over 70 Program Managers and significantly contributed to revenue generation. Lindsay's academic background includes degrees in International Business and Human Resource Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and a postgraduate qualification in European Information Technology from the University of Paisley.
