Mark Hall

Mark Hall possesses extensive experience in service delivery and management within the IT sector, primarily at Computacenter and Unisys. At Computacenter, Mark served as Senior Vice President of Managed Services for North America, overseeing a large service delivery team and ensuring accountability for contractual, commercial, and service outcomes. Mark has held various roles since joining Computacenter in 2006, including Director of Service Management UK and Senior Service Manager, with significant responsibilities in major banking and legal industry contracts. Prior to this, Mark began a career at Unisys in 1991, participating in a career development program and later managing service delivery for major telecom and financial service contracts.
