Mark Hickey has extensive experience in service management, with a career spanning from 1998 to the present. Currently serving as Service Line Owner (Change) at Computacenter since May 2011, Mark has successfully led various initiatives including the ownership of change service, development of a new governance model, and transition of services from onshore to offshore environments. Prior roles within Computacenter include Change, Configuration and Asset Team Leader, Lead Change Manager, Problem Manager, and Major Incident Manager. Previously, Mark held key positions such as ICT Service Delivery Manager and Service Desk Manager at Essex Fire & Rescue Service and London Ambulance Service, respectively. Earlier career experiences also include roles at HCL GB and Dixons Stores Group, encompassing service desk management and network support. Mark's educational background includes O' levels from Alleyne's Boys School.
