Mark Robinson

Mark Robinson is an experienced professional in the IT services sector, currently serving as the FLS Global Operations Lead and Operational Delivery Manager at Computacenter since August 2004. In these roles, Mark serves as the primary contact for the Computacenter shared service factory and oversees IT services delivery across various ITIL disciplines. Previously, Mark worked at Atos Origin from September 1998 to August 2004, where responsibilities included managing a team of 15 field service engineers on the Metropolitan Police Contract and delivering 2nd line desktop support to a large user base. Mark holds a BA (Hons) in Business Economics from Anglia Ruskin University.
