Matthew Prins has extensive experience in leadership and technical roles at Computacenter since October 2016, currently serving as the Backups & Command Center Team Leader. In this role, Matthew oversees operations, ensures compliance, and enforces standard operating procedures for the Backup and Command Center teams. Previously, as Backup Team Leader, Matthew led a skilled team in the successful delivery of large-scale projects, demonstrating strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Matthew's earlier roles included Technical Leader for the Command Center, where responsibilities included root cause analysis and project management, and Event Monitoring Shift Leader, focusing on task allocation and team training.
