Mélanie Pasquer

Mélanie Pasquer is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Computacenter France, where they manage a team focused on various recruitment functions and strategy. With previous experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Computacenter from 2008 to 2014, Mélanie specialized in recruitment, communications, and the integration of diverse talent, including overseeing initiatives for hiring disabled workers. They began their career at Staples, where they worked on HR missions including recruitment and workforce planning during their time there from 2006 to 2008. Mélanie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Université Paris Dauphine, which they completed in 2006.
