Michael Mudd

Michael Mudd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT service delivery and management, currently serving as a Senior Lead Deal Architect at Computacenter since October 2005. Mudd's roles have included Senior Solution Manager, Solution Manager, Senior Service Manager, and Service Manager, partnering with one of the UK's top supermarkets and overseeing operational delivery management for a contract serving approximately 2000 users. Significant achievements include reducing incident volumes through service improvement initiatives and managing a team of 35 engineers to ensure effective service delivery. Prior to Computacenter, Mudd worked at TUI from June 1995 to September 2005 as an IT Regional Support Team Leader, where responsibilities included recruiting and managing desktop service desk analysts to support a substantial sales infrastructure. Mudd holds an HNC in Business Information Systems from The University of Salford.
