Neil Horsley

Neil Horsley is an accomplished Information and Cyber Security Manager with over 20 years of experience in business-focused security solutions, particularly in highly regulated environments. With more than 13 years dedicated to cyber security, they have played key roles in major civil engineering projects across diverse sectors, including military and rail. Neil currently manages CISMs in the UK Government and commercial banking sectors, focusing on maintaining cyber security contractual obligations. Prior to this role, they served as a Cyber and Physical Security Specialist with the Royal Air Force, where they provided risk-based security solutions for national defense infrastructure and IT systems.
