Oliver Klenke

Oliver Klenke has a strong background in project management and organizational development. Oliver currently holds the position of Project Manager Principal at Computacenter, starting in June 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at step pro GbR as an Expert for agile IT project management and systemic organizational development from January 2019 to May 2023. Oliver also had experience as a Lecturer for Team and Organizational development in the business psychology course at Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart from December 2018 to May 2023. Before that, they worked at T-Systems International as an Agile IT-Projectmanager from October 2017 to December 2018, and at ngena as an Agile IT-Project Manager from October 2015 to September 2017. Oliver also worked at T-Systems International from February 2009 to September 2015, where they held various positions including Agile IT-Projectmanager, Head of Sales Performance Management, and Financial Controller. Oliver started their career at debis Systemhaus Industry GmbH as a Business Controller, IT-Projectleader & Commercial Bid Manager from November 1995 to July 2002.

Oliver Klenke has a graduate industrial engineer degree (FH) from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen. In terms of additional certifications, Oliver is a Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. Oliver also has certifications in Effectuation - Agile Strategies in Leadership, Consulting, and Organizational Development from step pro GbR in 2017, Systemic Leadership and Coaching from step pro GbR in 2016, Systemic Organizational Developer from step pro GbR in 2015, and Professional SCRUM Master I from Scrum.org in 2012.
