Rachel John

Rachel John is an experienced legal professional specializing in commercial law, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at The Restaurant Group plc since November 2022. Previously, Rachel held the position of Senior Legal Counsel for Nectar Loyalty and the Sainsbury’s Commercial & Property Law team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd from October 2018 to November 2021. Prior to that, Rachel gained substantial experience at Aimia Inc in various roles, including Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel for International Coalitions and EMEA from March 2013 to October 2018. Rachel's earlier experience includes serving as In House Commercial Lawyer at Harlequin Properties and as an Associate at Nabarro LLP. Rachel began a career in law as a Contracts Performance Analyst/Audit (Secondee) at Compass Group UK & Ireland.
