Renata Szabo

Renata Szabo serves as the Senior Employee Enablement Manager at Computacenter since August 2014, where responsibilities include implementing global professional and technical development solutions for approximately 10,000 employees and managing an international team across Europe, Asia, and Africa. Prior experience as an HR Manager involved establishing HR processes in a new Budapest organization and leading talent management initiatives. Renata has contributed to various global activities, such as participating in the Group Talent Acquisition Program and leading the Group Employee Engagement Program. Previous roles at Transcom Hungary Kft. included HR Manager and HR Coordinator, focusing on organizational development, legal compliance, compensation, and global HR projects. Renata holds a degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest.
