Rick Vidaurre

Rick Vidaurre is an experienced service manager with a robust background in IT and operations management. Currently serving as the Service Manager Americas at Computacenter US since November 2021, Rick manages program service offerings and deliverables. In the role of Global Infrastructure Operations End User Manager at Air Liquide since May 2019, oversight of global service requests, incidents, and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) is a key responsibility. Previous roles include Global IT Asset Manager and Service Delivery Manager at Venator Materials Plc and Global Customer Service, Readiness & Knowledge Manager at Huntsman.
