Roger David has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Roger started their career in 2001 as a Store Manager at MDG Computers, where they successfully resolved customer complaints, managed staff, and provided training. In 2009, they joined Baker Hughes, a GE company as an Associate Systems Analyst, where they designed and implemented network configurations, maintained server backups, and managed network peripherals. In 2018, they transitioned to CompuCom as a Deskside Support professional. Throughout their tenure, Roger provided technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Currently, Roger works at Computacenter US as a Senior Client Services Support Engineer/Team Lead. In this role, they support the team manager, trains technicians, ensures tool availability, onboards new employees, handles escalations, enforces SLAs, and collaborates with other teams to provide efficient service.
Roger David completed their education at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2019, where they earned a Master Certification in Information Security. Prior to that, they attended Pickering High School from 1990 to 1994 and obtained a Diploma in General Studies. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including "Microsoft Power Apps Essential Training: Beyond the Basics" from LinkedIn in 2023, "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in 2021, "Windows 10: Advanced Troubleshooting for IT Support" from LinkedIn in 2021, and "SAFe Practitioner" from Scaled Agile, Inc.
