Stefan Renzewitz

Stefan Renzewitz is the Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Computacenter, where they oversee the recruitment function across multiple countries including Germany, the UK, and the USA. With a strong background in recruiting, employer branding, and IT projects, they have demonstrated expertise in optimizing HR and IT processes. Prior to their current role, Renzewitz held various positions at access KellyOCG GmbH and access AG, focusing on talent sourcing and business solutions. As a pioneer in chess training software since 2004, Renzewitz developed the Chess Position Trainer, which has garnered over 100,000 downloads. They earned a Master’s degree in Information Management from the University of Cologne and completed the Young Managers Program at INSEAD.
