Thembisile Mkonto

Thembisile Mkonto has extensive experience in IT support, beginning with an internship at Torque-IT in June 2013 and progressing through roles at Computacenter, where responsibilities included serving as a Request Analyst and currently as a Second Line Analyst in Desktop Support since August 2019. Key competencies include managing Active Directory, providing remote support for approximately 1,500 users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and creating technical documentation. Thembisile holds a CCNA certificate from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and a Diploma in Information Technology from PC Training and Business College.
