Vari Holland has extensive experience in service management and delivery within the IT sector, holding multiple leadership roles at high-profile organizations. At Capgemini, Vari served as Service Design & Transition Director, managing a team and ensuring the reliable delivery of complex IT changes. Vari also took on roles such as Service Delivery Manager and Service Transition Manager, focusing on service reliability and compliance. Prior experience includes working as Service Account Manager at Dudley Council and various service director positions at Computacenter, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing complex service transitions for blue chip clients and managing project delivery in line with customer needs. Vari holds a degree in Travel and Tourism from Glasgow College of Food and Technology.
