Will Challis is a multi-award winning graduate from the University of Brighton, where they earned a First in Business Management with Economics. They completed a placement year at Coast to Capital, supporting businesses in their global expansion and engaging with senior stakeholders. Currently, Will works as a Senior Service Manager at Computacenter, aligned with Rolls-Royce, where they oversee a range of international services that support the company’s digital strategy. Their prior experience includes roles in service management for major clients, such as BT and Openreach, as well as a graduate scheme at Rolls-Royce that provided extensive management and leadership training.
