Dan Persa

Dan Persa is the Vice President at CAI, a business technology services firm focused on helping organizations drive value through digital transformation. Since joining CAI in 2001, Dan has been committed to providing solutions that maximize client investments while prioritizing people. Dan actively supports CAI’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, including the Autism2Work program, promoting the belief that diversity strengthens both the organization and its community impact. Dan also served as Vice President of Energy Services at PPL Corporation and was a Senior Analyst in Capital Projects at Bethlehem Steel. Dan pursued an Executive Leadership Program at the University of Michigan and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College.
