Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith is currently the Director of Public Sector - County Government at CAI, where they leverage their extensive experience in technology and innovation management. They previously served as CIO Chief of Staff for King County, overseeing a $415M technology budget and managing critical initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Shannon has held senior roles at organizations including the City of Seattle and Microsoft, where they led large-scale IT projects and drove operational improvements. They hold an MBA and certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
