Justin Webster has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and software industry. Justin is currently the Senior Vice President of Engineering for Computer Aided Technology. Prior to that, they were Vice President at Inflow Technology, a division of Computer Aided Technology, Inc. from July 2004 to September 2021. Before that, they were Consulting Manager at Rand Worldwide from October 1998 to July 2004, where they managed PLM Software projects across North America. Justin also served as Engineering Manager for the Midwest and Western US regions. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Case New Holland from August 1995 to October 1998, where they worked on a team developing drivetrains for the Maxxum and Magnum tractor lines. Justin also served in the US Army from June 1989 to August 1991 as an 11M Infantry Soldier with 1-5 CAV, 1st CAV Division.

Justin Webster's educational career began with a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Justin then went on to get certification from Dassault Systemes in ENOVIA V6 Program Management.
