Scott Carroll

Scott Carroll is currently the Service Manager at Computer Consulting Services. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Training Development Specialist at Shire Pharmaceuticals from March 2014 to February 2016. In that role, they developed training materials and consulted with SMEs to ensure the appropriateness of content and GMP compliance. Scott also authored and implemented comprehensive On the Job Training (OJT) guides and performance assessments for manufacturing operations, considering SOPs in addition to delivering a range of coaching and instruction, including Training the Trainer on technical content and assessment criteria associated with new and revised OJTs. Additionally, Scott designed training videos demonstrating cleanroom gowning procedures for New Employee Orientation and created other how-to videos demonstrating the proper technique for performing high risk tasks. From April 2011 to March 2014, Scott served as the Manufacturing Training Specialist at Genzyme. And from March 2008 to March 2010, they were the Process Engineering Technician III at Evergreen Solar Inc. Scott started their career as a Technician at Intel Corporation.

Scott Carroll completed an Associate's degree in Electronic Technology at Massasoit Community College.
