James O'Hara

James O’Hara started down the path of Information Technology as a member of the Zion Benton High School Tech Crew. After graduation, James continued his education, receiving an Associate’s Degree in Computer Network Systems. James has over 8 years’ work experience in the IT retail environment, troubleshooting and maintaining computers and interacting with clients. James’ can easily explain IT issues in a “user friendly” way and provides excellent customer service.
