Ed has 20+ years experience as an Infrastructure manager, windows server\exchange services manager, and desktop services manager. Along with significate experience with project management, incident management and change management best practices.
Ed’s most recent infrastructure manager position was leading an identity and access management team responsible for NetIQ Identity, Access Manger, Access Governance and SUSE Linux environments. As well as account administration, provision automation and all related compliancy controls.
