Todd Hershman

As one of the original founders in CIS, Mr. Hershman has been instrumental in all facets of CIS’ growth. Mr. Hershman's primary focus in CIS' first two decades was on growing revenue and developing partnerships with strategic manufacturers. Mr. Hershman assumed the role of President in July of 2016. While overseeing and having input on CIS’ entire organization, Mr. Hershman has taken a hands-on role in growing CIS as a world-wide force in the identity and access management space, where, CIS was named as one of the top ten identity and access management solution providers in the US for the last three years. In addition, under Mr. Hershman’s leadership CIS was awarded MicroFocus Net IQ IAM Partner of the Year.

A fanatical client-first mentality is what has set Mr. Hershman apart throughout his career in the technology industry. Mr. Hershman and his co-founders built CIS on the principle that the best way to ensure they had ecstatic clients was to provide world class subject matter experts to smoothly integrate even the most complex technologies, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Mr. Hershman has successfully ensured that this notion was never lost, throughout the firm's growth, and directly participates in every aspect of the firm's client relationships.

Prior to co-founding CIS in 1995, Mr. Hershman developed the Sales and Marketing operations for another technology firm, growing the organization from inception to a renowned regional integration entity.

Mr. Hershman has been a keynote speaker at Novell's (Now Microfocus) annual BrainShare Conference and currently serves on Microfocus’s Channel Advisory Board. Mr. Hershman has a B.S. in education from Temple University, where he received a full athletic scholarship. While at Temple, Todd was a two-year starter for the Temple Owls football team, where he played under NFL Head Coach and SuperBowl Champion Bruce Arians.
