Mohammad Khalaf

Mohammad Khalaf is an experienced corporate development leader with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, finance, and business development. Currently serving as Head of Corporate Development at Computer Modelling Group Ltd. since August 2022, Mohammad oversees all inorganic activities for the company. Prior to this role, Mohammad held significant positions at Deloitte as Managing Director in Investment Banking, and at Harris Computer as Vice President of M&A and Business Development. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Corporate Development at Nightingale Informatix and as an Executive Financial Analyst at EY, where expertise in transaction advisory services was developed. Mohammad holds an MBA in Finance from Queen's University and a BA in Economics from American University of Beirut.
