Varun Pathak

Varun Pathak is an experienced professional in petroleum engineering and product management, currently serving as a Product Manager at Computer Modelling Group since November 2011. Varun oversees the production and integrated production and reservoir engineering offerings, focusing on identifying market needs and developing innovative software solutions. Previous roles at CMG include Team Lead - Engineering & Product Champion and Staff Reservoir Simulation Engineer, where Varun provided domain expertise, supported business development, and enhanced products for various energy solutions. Varun has also held positions as a Research Assistant at the University of Alberta, a Reservoir Engineer at Schlumberger, and a Petroleum Engineering Intern at Cairn Energy.
