Paul Crumley

Paul Crumley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of Operations at Computer Solutions, where responsibilities include driving strategic and operational excellence across the organization while collaborating with department leaders. Previously, Paul held positions as Director of Shared Services and Director of Human Resources at the same company, effectively managing critical functions and earning accolades as one of the #1 Best Places to Work in San Antonio for five consecutive years. Prior to Computer Solutions, Paul was a Human Resources Manager at HealthTexas Medical Group and Deer Oaks Mental Health Association. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from The University of Texas at San Antonio and another BBA in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at El Paso.
