William Lugo

William Lugo has over two decades of experience in technical support and management roles, currently serving as a Lab Assistant at Hillsborough Community College since August 2001. Responsibilities include assisting students and faculty with computer and software upgrades, managing departmental budgets, and maintaining equipment. Previous roles include a Computer Tech and Advanced Lab Tech, where William specialized in diagnosing software and hardware issues, installing software, and providing student support for various software applications. Earlier experience at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa involved automotive repairs through diagnostics. William holds a College Certificate in Unix Administration and an AS in Programming from Hillsborough Community College.
