Bill Rackley

Network Engineer- Senior Lead at Computer World Services

Bill Rackley has a diverse range of work experience spanning several decades. Rackley, began their career as a Systems Engineer at BAE Systems in August 1989 and remained in that role until August 2014. During their time at BAE Systems, Rackley gained valuable experience in systems engineering. In 1996, Rackley joined Southwestern Illinois College as an Adjunct Professor. In this role, they instructed and developed course curriculum for various computer and electronics courses. Most recently, Rackley worked at Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) as a Network Engineer - Senior Lead, starting in August 2014. In this position, they provided technical expertise and specialized knowledge in the field of network engineering, particularly related to the Defense Information Systems Network.

Bill Rackley has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Rackley, also has a Master of Arts (MA) in Information Technology Management from Webster University. In addition, Rackley holds certifications in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², which they obtained in February 2013.
