Fred Rice

Fred Rice has over 20 years of work experience in program management and leadership roles. Fred served as the Senior Program Manager at Computer World Services Corp. from August 2017 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at SAIC for 18 years, where they held various positions including Director of Program Management from December 1999 to August 2017, and VP and Capture Manager from February 2013 to January 2014.

Fred Rice obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In addition, they hold certifications including ITIL 4 Managing Professional from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in June 2020, and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute, obtained in September 2005. Fred also has the ITIL Expert certification, but the institution and the dates of obtaining are unknown.
