Jackson Collins

Jackson Collins has over a decade of experience in the audio-visual and technology support fields, currently serving as an Audio Visual Solutions Specialist at CompNow since November 2016. Prior roles at CompNow include Audio Visual Account Manager, Service Desk Team Leader, and Technical Integration Specialist. Previously, Jackson worked at Apple from November 2012 to July 2016, where responsibilities included Mac and iOS device support as a Genius, iOS device support as a Family Room Specialist, and sales and customer service as a Specialist. Jackson holds degrees in Applied Music, having studied Music Performance and Audio Engineering at Box Hill Institute, along with foundational education from South Gippsland Secondary College.
