Jon Berardinelli has extensive experience in compliance and governance roles. Jon is currently the Managing Director, Americas at Computershare Governance Services, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to this, Jon was the Managing Director of Operations at Verbatim Global Compliance starting in September 2016. Before that, they worked at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where they held roles such as Senior Compliance Manager and International Corporate Compliance Analyst. Jon also worked as an International Compliance Analyst at Verbatim Global Compliance.
Jon Berardinelli has a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from West Virginia University College of Law.
