Victoria Walker has over 15 years of experience in change management, governance, and project support within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Change Support & Governance at Computershare Loan Services since October 2016, Victoria handles change management governance, resource planning, and data analysis related to change requests. Prior roles include positions at HML as a Business Intelligence Analyst and Data Governance Analyst, and as a PMO & Project Support. Victoria has extensive experience in project governance, including the production and quality check of project documents, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Earlier, Victoria began a career in customer service at British Gas.
