Craig Diminico has worked in the IT industry since 1999. Craig began their career at Gateway as a Client Relations Specialist. In 2000, they moved to Netopia, Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer. In 2005, they joined Putnam Investments as a Desktop Support Analyst. In 2016, they were hired by Avail Technology Group as a Technical Support Team Lead and System Administrator. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Sr. Technical Support Analyst for StratusPointIT.
