Rich Clancey

Rich Clancey has been working in the IT industry since 2009. Rich began their career as a Help Desk Analyst at Enterasys Networks, a role they held for one year. In 2012, they moved to Paul W Marks as an IT Administrator, managing the company's network and backing up the server. Later that year, they joined PlumChoice as an Application Support Engineer, where they supported a production billing system. Rich also served as a Report Developer, Cloud Operations Specialist, Associate Business Analyst, Workforce Management Analyst, Innovation Delivery Supervisor, and Innovation Lab Technician. In 2018, they joined Avail Technology Group as a Help Desk Technician. In 2021, they moved to StratusPointIT and has since held the roles of Escalations Engineer and Technical Support Analyst.

Rich Clancey's education history includes a Dual Enrollment in Psychology from Middlesex Community College between 2009 and 2010 and a High School Diploma in Computer Science and Information Technology from Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational Technical School between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, Rich Clancey has obtained certifications from Kaseya (VSA Kaseya Certified Administrator Program, obtained in May 2022), Andrea Foster (OSHA - General Industry Safety & Health, obtained in April 2009), and Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business (IC3 - Internet & Computing Core Certification, obtained in May 2008).
