Robin Johansen is an independent ICT consultant and strategist with extensive experience in technology and project management. They have served as Deputy Secretary of Defence for Acquisition at the Ministry of Defence from 1991 to 2000, and held the position of CIO at Beca Group Ltd from 2000 to 2013. Since 2013, Robin has been a principal consultant, focusing on IT strategy and business development. They have also contributed to various advisory roles, including membership on the advisory boards of CIO Magazine and the CIO Summit in New Zealand. Robin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Canterbury and a telecommunications certificate from the Central Institute of Technology.
