Tracy Camp

Tracy Camp serves as the Executive Director at the Computing Research Association since July 2022. Camp has an extensive academic background with a long tenure at the Colorado School of Mines, starting in July 1998, holding various positions including Emeritus Professor, Founding Department Head and Professor, and Department Head and Professor of Computer Science, as well as Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Professor of Mathematical and Computer Sciences. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at The University of Alabama from August 1993 to July 1998. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in distributed systems from William & Mary, an M.S. in Computer Science from Michigan State University, and a B.A. in Mathematics from Kalamazoo College.
