Gen Gagnon

Gen Gagnon started her journey at Computrition as an implementation manager, working closely with clients to ensure a successful transition from a manual or competitive system to a successful go-live. After working in both project management and sales, it became clear that customers needed more support post-implementation. Thus, Gen spearheaded the Account Relationship Management (ARM) team to take a more proactive – rather than reactive – approach when it comes to clients’ problems. She couldn’t be prouder of her crew, and you can meet the members by watching quick videos on the ARM page.

Gen earned her degree from the University of Montreal (Université de Montréal) in Canada to become a registered dietitian.
