Sudhakar BS has over 25 years of work experience. Sudhakar started their career in 1993 as an Asst. Manager - Front Office at Hotel Samudra. In 1998, they moved to Kuramathi Blue Lagoon, Universal Enterprises Ltd., Maldives, where they held the role of Incharge - Beverage Dept. In 2009, they joined Compvue as a Manager - Admin.

Sudhakar BS attended Boiler Plant Boys Higher Secondary School, Kailasapuram, Trichy from 1986 to 1988, where they earned their HSC. Sudhakar then attended Madurai Kamaraj University from 1988 to 1991.
