Stas Bojoukha

Stas Bojoukha has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stas began their career as a Computer Technician at the Toronto District School Board, where they upgraded and maintained computers. Stas then worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Concentrated Consulting, where they assessed situations, implemented network infrastructure, and provided end user support.

Following that, Stas joined Cybernomics Corporation as an Information Technology Analyst, performing system audits, operating corporate networks, and participating in projects such as virtualization and network rollouts. Stas also held the role of IT Infrastructure & Support Analyst at Cybernomics Corporation, where they provided daily support to clients, managed the email system, and troubleshooted custom ERP software.

Stas then joined Bank of Nova as an Information Technology Analyst, designing software requirements and implementing code for a time tracking system. Stas later moved to KBC Financial Products as a Systems Engineer, supporting workstations and servers, creating network architectures, and scrutinizing security permissions.

At Peel Hunt LLP, Stas served as an Information Security Officer & Data Protection Officer, maintaining secure and compliant systems, performing risk assessments, and providing technical advice on best practices. Stas then joined Rabobank as an Information Security Manager, advising the bank on security applications, mitigating risks, and finding efficient solutions.

Stas's next role was at Cushman & Wakefield, where they worked as the Regional Lead Information Security & Risk Management for EMEA. In this role, they served as an Information Security practitioner, responding to incidents and identifying risks and threats. Stas also worked as an Information Security lead, supporting the EMEA CIO to ensure client satisfaction with security practices.

Most recently, Stas joined SEFE Marketing & Trading Ltd as the CISO, and later as the Head Of Information Security. Stas is responsible for overseeing information security and ensuring the protection of company data.

Currently, Stas Bojoukha is serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Compyl, where they lead the company in its strategic direction and oversees its operations.

Stas Bojoukha obtained a Bachelor of Applied Information System Security from Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning from 2005 to 2009, with a field of study in Information Sciences and Information Systems Security. Stas also attended Sheridan College, although the specific dates and degree obtained are unknown. Additionally, Stas Bojoukha has obtained several certifications, including ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification from IBITGQ in July 2019, CEH from EC-Council in April 2016, COBIT 5 FOUNDATION, IMPLEMENTATION and ASSESSMENTS from COBIT in September 2015, CISM from ISACA in May 2015, GSEC from SANS Institute in October 2014, Prince2 from The Prince2 Academy in September 2014, CCNA from Cisco in October 2013, CISA from ISACA in June 2012, CISSP from (ISC)2 in February 2011, and A+ from CompTIA in January 2006.
