Evan Pertak

Evan Pertak has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Evan started their career as an Information Technology Assistant at the Provincial Government of Ontario in 2009, where they provided IT support for the Ministry of Government Services. Evan then joined Pharmatrust in 2010 as a Platform Systems Technologist, where they supported key infrastructure-oriented technology functions and delivered analysis and audit support.

In 2012, Evan worked at Torstar Corporation as a PCI Evidence Analyst - Consulting, where their main responsibility was to bring all Torstar entities within PCI DSS compliance and protect consumer data/financial transactions. Evan collaborated with internal teams and project sponsors to ensure compliance.

Evan also worked at NeoRenaissance Enterprises Inc. in 2012 as an Information Technology Consultant, handling administration and infrastructure support while contributing to software development functions. Evan managed server builds, hardware and software procurement, system updates, and error resolutions. Evan also developed websites and performed pre-production code testing.

From 2014 to 2018, Evan worked at TekTeam Consulting as an Information Technology Consultant. Evan completed both short- and long-term client engagements and oversaw managed services, including IT infrastructure/systems support. Evan executed system updates, patch management processes, and change and release management.

In 2018, Evan joined Metro Freightliner as an IT Administrator and worked until 2019. Evan was responsible for administering IT systems and providing support.

Currently, Evan is working at ComQi Inc. as a Product Support Specialist, a role they have held since 2019.
