Tom Sharp

Tom Sharp is the CEO and founder of NLign Analytics, leading the NLign Analytics Division of Etegent Technologies and developing software that renders vast process and repair data into 3D CAD models for rapid analysis. They have served as Principal at Etegent Technologies, LLC since 1996. In earlier roles, they were a Visiting Scientist at the Air Force Research Laboratory (1989-1990), where they studied state-of-the-art manufacturing quality control systems and developed Self Directed Optimization, and they held engineering positions at Random Corporation from 1990 to 1992. They completed the VELP Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University in 2020, and earned the MS (1990-1992), PhD (1992-1996), and BS (1978-1983) degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
