Joy Watson

Joy Watson, PMP, is a solutions-driven project leader with nearly a decade of experience in technology implementations and process improvements across public and private sectors. They have successfully led large-scale programs supporting thousands of users, including managing a state-certified cybersecurity training program for over 28,000 users. Currently serving as Solutions Delivery Lead at ComResource, Joy oversees multiple cross-functional projects while fostering collaboration among stakeholders. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
